To the Editor:
Once again America sheds its tears, has a moment of silence and lowers the flag to half-staff over the shooting of a mere 59 innocent people. Ironically, a million times that many lives have been lost to abortion and what have we done? We called it a right and made it legal.
Now the assisted suicide proponents are on the attack. Once you lose respect for the unborn, the handicapped, the elderly and other vulnerable members of society you have lost respect for all life. The killing will continue, I guarantee it, until hearts are changed to embrace life ... all life.
