To the Editor:

During the 2012 mayoral race, how many taxpayer dollars were proposed to be spent on the

Corn Palace and City Hall projects?

For the December 2015 aquatics center special election, as occurred during the Davison County 2012 primary election, we ask:

• Did an election official in Mitchell select the vote counts recorded on the test ballots? Prior to scanning the ballots cast by breathing voters, will the test ballots be scanned twice to verify the accuracy of the ballot scanner with these sample vote counts not cleared from the ballot scanner's database? Will the vote counts recorded on the test ballots be injected into the December 2015 election night results?

• Will election officials facilitate conducting mini polls in senior citizen living facilities? Or, will election officials allow registered messengers to "assist" nursing home and assisted living center residents cast their absentee ballots? Will the ballots cast in Precinct 0808, from Elevator Road to Main Street and from West Eighth Avenue to Cemetery Road, be scanned twice with the vote counts recorded on Precinct 0808 ballots injected twice into the election night results?

• Will election officials recommend the canvassing board reject the election night results in order to conduct a "do over" second and third count of the ballots?

• Will election officials allow a spreadsheet application to be used to reconcile the second and third ballot count difference, instead of tabulating the votes in order to determine the outcome of the special election?

• Will election officials choose to never publicly reconcile the tossed-out election night results with the official election results?

• Will the votes recorded on the test ballots be injected once into the special election official results?

• Will a circuit court judge stonewall an election contest?

• Will election officials: 1. Secretly access the ballot scanner internal audit log, 2. Fail to publicly discuss internal audit log findings, 3. Conduct a smoke and mirrors task force investigation and 4. Fail to publicly discuss all task force findings?

• Will election officials fabricate a cover-up ruse spending tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars on another new ballot scanner?
