To the Editor:
I have had little contact with the Mitchell Police in the past years. However, recently I had two separate incidents that involved the police.
One where I called 911, and the other an interview with a Mitchell police officer due to a suspicious individual. Both cases turned out to be non-events. I would like to say that I was impressed by the intelligence and sincerity of the officers. With all the publicity of the police in our nation, I would like to state that the Mitchell Police Division appears to be very competent.
