To the Editor:
"We Sing for Our Veterans" by Longfellow Elementary second- and third-graders recently was an inspiration and honor to be a part of to present the colors at the school.
We were very impressed with the children's performance and patriotism. I was very pleased to see all the family and friends that came. On behalf of the color guard, we were honored to be asked to post the colors for this program in honor of our veterans.
We appreciate the students and staff for putting on this program. God bless our children, our future leaders. God bless America.
