To the Editor:

Remember me from Father's Day when 911 would not answer and all I got was a busy signal? Well, I called 911 again at 4:30 on Dec. 1. The dispatcher argued with me, saying I did not know my own address. My husband is dying on our bedroom floor and the 911 dispatcher said, "You live on North Iowa." I said, "No, I live on South Iowa." Now why would I not know my own address?

I do not know who was dispatcher on this day, but she should not argue with people, just get help.

Hope you do not have this happen to you. This is twice I needed 911 and I had problems. I do not think they like to help my family. Hope they like your family.

I do not know what I did to 911 to hate my family so bad. All I do is call when I need help. I thought that is what 911 is for, or do I have this wrong?
