To the Editor:

We have a very important mayor's race that could affect people's lives and pocketbooks in a big way. That is why I would like to make sure that the citizens of Mitchell know where I stand on important issues, like Lake Mitchell.

I will be holding a town hall meeting this Thursday, May 24, at the James Valley Senior Center at noon and would like to invite all people that are interested in their community and the lake. I have also invited some city and lake officials, along with Fyra Engineering to update their plan.

I promise to unveil a different less expensive solution to clean up Lake Mitchell. Hope to see you all there this Thursday. Thanks.
