Recently, Senate Resolution 701 in Support of Reconstruction of Wagner 4 lanes was introduced by Sen. Shawn Bordeaux. This resolution clearly states the facts and concerns of the stakeholders who utilize the current Highway 46 four lane through Wagner. We encourage supporters of the four lane to make two calls to the Senate Floor from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at noon. On the first call leave a message thanking Bordeaux for sponsoring SR 701 and a message for Sen. Erin Tobin to testify for SR 701. For the second call leave a message for Sen. Casey Crabtree and Sen. Reynold Nesiba to tell them to support Senate Resolution 701. They are the Senate Majority and Minority Leaders.
If you wish to make a third call to the House of Representatives and leave a message for Rep. Rocky Blare, Rep. Marty Overweg and Rep. Eric Emery to attend the Senate Hearing for SR 701 and give oral testimony for Senate Resolution 701. Please give your name and town you live in or close to, to the pages who are answering the phones.
