MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Marlene Tuschen, 83, Minneapolis, Minn., died Sunday, Feb. 20, in hospice care.

Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 30, at Kinzley Funeral Home in Salem, S.D.
