MITCHELL, S.D. - Frances Smith, 94, Mitchell, S.D., died Sunday, May 15, in Avera Brady Health and Rehab.

Visitation will be from 9:30-11 a.m., followed by a funeral at 11 a.m., Monday, May 23, at Will Funeral Chapel in Mitchell. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
