Donald “Don” Turgeon

Donald William Turgeon, age 96 of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, peacefully passed away Friday, March 3, 2023, with his family by his side at Dougherty Hospice in Sioux Falls.

Grateful for having shared his life are his loving children, Jane (Paul) Phalen of Sioux Falls, David Turgeon of Oregon, and Dan (Sandy) Turgeon of Sioux Falls; 8 cherished grandchildren, Sarah (Steve) Nickels, Christina Turgeon, Beth (Darin) Epling, Katie Sampson, David Fitzwilliams, Laura (Clark) Everson, Sean (Rachael) Turgeon and Devon Turgeon; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 AM, with family present to greet friends beginning at 9:30 AM, on Friday, March 10, 2023 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 2109 S. 5th Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD. A luncheon reception to follow. Interment with military honors will be held at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, Sioux Falls, SD.
