SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Cynthia “Cindy” Foster, 65, Fulton, S.D., died Monday, Jan. 3, in Avera McKennan Hospital.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., Friday, Jan. 7, at Harvest Community Church in Mitchell, S.D. A funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, at the church. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery in Fulton, S.D.
