BRIDGEWATER, S.D. - LaVernice Whistler, 87, Spencer, S.D., died Wednesday, Oct. 7, in Diamond Care Center.

Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, at Kinzley Funeral Home in Salem, S.D. A private family burial will be at a later date in Spencer Cemetery.
