MITCHELL, S.D. - Frank Sell Jr., 84, Mitchell, S.D., died Thursday, Oct. 29, in his home from natural causes.

Visitation will be from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Interior (S.D.) Fire Hall. A graveside service will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Interior Fairview Cemetery. Pastor Kathy Chesney will officiate. A lunch will follow at the fire hall.
