SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Eugene Kocer, 78, Yankton, S.D., died Saturday, Dec. 19, in Dougherty Hospice House.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a rosary and vigil service at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 22, at Wintz & Ray Funeral Home in Yankton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, at Scared Heart Catholic Church in Yankton. The Rev. Larry Regynski will officiate. The service will be live streamed on the funeral home’s website. Masks are required. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Military honors will be provided by Ernest-Bowyer VFW Post 791.
