Delores M. Wermers, age 88, of Woonsocket, formally of Mt. Vernon, SD, died Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Prairie View Healthcare Center in Woonsocket, SD. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Friday, November 13, 2020 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with burial at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, November 12, 2020 at the Will Funeral Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of the Will Funeral Chapel.

Grateful for having shared her life are her children, Dave (Pat) Wermers, Sioux Falls, SD, Deanna Jensen, Woonsocket, SD, Susan (Michael) Sejnoha, Mitchell, SD; 12 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; two brothers, Jerry (Jan) Koch, Ethan, SD, Tom (Deb) Koch, Mt. Vernon, SD; a sister, Joan Schmitt, Rapid City, SD; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilfred Wermers; a daughter, Deb (Pete) Cornell; an infant son, Joseph Wermers; four brothers, Gene, Don, Al and Jim.
