SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Cynthia Keiper, 64, Mitchell, S.D., died Wednesday, Nov. 3, in Ava’s House.

Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m., followed by a funeral at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 10, at Zion Lutheran Church in Mitchell. Burial will be in St. Peters Lutheran Cemetery in Clayton, S.D.

Arrangements by Bittner Funeral Chapel in Mitchell.
