    WESSINGTON SPRINGS, S.D. - Vincent A. DiCarlo, 95, Wessington Springs, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, in Weskota Manor Avera.

    A celebration of life will be from 1-3 p.m., with a prayer service at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 8, at Basham Funeral Chapel in Wessington Springs. Father Jim Fredrick will officiate. Military honors will be provided by Wessington Springs American Legion. Burial will be in Pinelawn Cemetery in Farmingdale, N.Y.
