An Elkton, Wyo., woman pleaded guilty Tuesday in Mitchell to possession of a controlled substance.
Jennifer Glynn, 36, entered her plea during court at the Davison County Public Safety Center.
Glynn said she possessed methamphetamine on Sept. 11 in Mitchell. Court documents state she was staying at a local hotel and was acting strangely - picking at the air, talking to people who didn’t exist and speaking unintelligibly.
The maximum penalty is five years in prison, a $10,000 fine or both.
Judge Tim Bjorkman ordered a presentence investigation and scheduled sentencing for December.
