A White Lake man is accused of failing to register as a sex offender in Davison County.
Zane Wiggers, 27, has a job in Mitchell that he started Dec. 31. He failed to register as a sex offender with the Davison County Sheriff’s Office within three days as required by state law. The charge carries a maximum penalty of two years in prison and a $2,000 fine.
