Judge Sean O'Brien issued a bench warrant Tuesday for Victoria Lynn Johnson, 31, of Lake Andes.
O'Brien did not grant bond in the case. She is scheduled to appear for sentencing on May 29. She faces a charge of attempted grand theft from August 2010.
