WAGNER-A Wagner man was arrested early Thursday morning after allegedly choking a woman until she lost consciousness.

According to court documents, law enforcement responded to a South Park Street residence at 3:22 a.m. and found 30-year-old Skip Lee and the woman inside.

The woman reportedly said that Lee had hit and choked her, and she was found to have injuries on her face and neck.

Lee is charged with domestic abuse aggravated assault - choking, a Class 3 felony. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison and a fine of $30,000.
