WAGNER — A Wagner man was arrested April 14 for allegedly holding a gun to a woman's head.
Vance Weber, 25, faces one count of aggravated assault, a Class 3 felony.
At 9:57 p.m., according to court documents, the Charles Mix County Sheriff's Office received a call from a woman who said Weber had assaulted her.
The woman reportedly said Weber had pushed her into his house during an argument, held her down and held a Glock 19 retrieved from under a pillow to her head.
The woman said she ran out the door and to another residence when she asked Weber to let her use the bathroom and he let her up.

Weber was arrested and transported to the Charles Mix County Jail. He was released on a $1,000 bond the following day.
