SIOUX FALLS (AP) - Sioux Falls police say a man pronounced dead at the scene of a crash Sunday night might have suffered a medical problem.

Authorities say the vehicle the 56-year-old man was driving left the road and hit a traffic light control box about 8 p.m.

Police did not immediately release the man's name.
