VERMILLION (AP) - Police in Vermillion are investigating a rash of vehicle burglaries in the city.

The Yankton Daily Press & Dakotan reports that there have been nearly 30 confirmed vehicle break-ins since the beginning of May, and suspected burglaries of unlocked garages.

Police Chief Matt Betzen says authorities aren't sure whether it's the work of one person or a group. There are no suspects.
