Two injured in Wednesday morning motorcycle crash

Two people sustained minor injuries Wednesday morning when a motorcycle crashed at the intersection of Interstate 90 and South Burr Street.

At 8:13 a.m., 19-year-old Aaron Stevens lost control of his motorcycle, and it slid out from under him and an 18-year-old female passenger, according to the Mitchell Department of Public Safety.

Neither person was wearing a helmet, and the passenger was transported to the hospital for her injuries.

Stevens was taken into custody on a warrant but was not cited for the crash.
