HOWARD -- Two men were arrested Sunday in connection with an Artesian storage unit burglary.
Daniel Curtis, of Howard, and Michael Casanova, of Ramona, are charged with third-degree burglary and grand theft.
According to the Sanborn County Sheriff's Office, the burglary was reported on July 24, and investigation uncovered items from the storage unit that had been pawned.
Search warrants were executed in Howard and Ramona with assistance from the Miner County and Lake County sheriffs' offices and the South Dakota Department of Game, Fish and Parks.
The Sanborn County Sheriff's Office says the investigation is ongoing.
