TYNDALL (AP) -- Trial has been delayed until later this year for a Scotland man accused of killing his infant son.
Chris Miller, of Scotland, was to stand trial for murder beginning May 14.
According to media reports, Judge Glen Eng has rescheduled it to begin Oct. 29 in Tyndall because of scheduling conflicts involving witnesses.
Miller is accused of killing 4-month-old Jacob in March 2011 by shaking and beating the child. He has pleaded not guilty.
