A Sioux Falls woman was arrested in Bon Homme County on May 6 for alleged possession of marijuana and methamphetamine.
A South Dakota Highway Patrol officer stopped a vehicle in which Kimberly Hare, 45, was a passenger.
The officer found a small amount of marijuana, a syringe containing methamphetamine, a scale with meth residue on it, a weight and a large number of plastic bags inside the vehicle, according to court documents. Hare reportedly admitted to using meth, and a urine sample allegedly tested positive for the drug.
Hare is charged with possession with intent to distribute three or more schedule I or II-related items, a Class 3 felony. She is also charged with possession and unauthorized ingestion of methamphetamine, possession of two ounces of marijuana or less and possession of drug paraphernalia.
