ETHAN - A Sioux Falls man has been charged in relation to a November break-in at the Ethan post office.

Rodney Holzer is accused of breaking into the post office on Nov. 27, damaging a door valued between $1,000 and $2,500, according to court documents. Holzer allegedly admitted to the break-in and admitted to causing the damage.

He is charged with third-degree burglary, a Class 5 felony, and intentional damage to property, a Class 6 felony. Class 5 felonies are punishable upon conviction by up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine, and Class 6 felonies are punishable by up to two years in prison and a $4,000 fine.
