SIOUX FALLS (AP) - A 32-year-old Sioux Falls man accused of raping a 15-year-old girl several times has been indicted on multiple counts of sexual assault.
Michael Brisson was indicted on Thursday for three counts of second-degree rape, two counts of fourth-degree rape, two counts of sexual contact with a child under 16 and solicitation of a minor.
The Argus Leader reports the victim told police that Brisson had raped her dozens of times since he began living in her home in July. Police spokesman Sam Clemens says Brisson was a friend of the girl's mother.
Authorities arrested Brisson at a Sioux Falls apartment on Wednesday afternoon.
He is in custody at the Minnehaha County Jail. It's unclear whether he has an attorney.
