A Mitchell woman admitted Tuesday to a probation violation.
Kellie Eske-Delaney, 35, was sentenced in April for possession of a controlled substance and received a suspended prison sentenced.
She admitted during court at the Davison County Public Safety Center to smoking meth in October while on probation in Sioux Falls. Judge Tim Bjorkman denied a request for a furlough for Eske-Delaney to get items she left at a halfway house in Sioux Falls. She remains in the Davison County Jail until her sentencing in December.
