A Scotland man has been charged with the 2016 rape of a 15-year-old girl in Davison County.
Scott Streyle, 27, was charged April 14 with one count of fourth-degree rape, a Class 3 felony punishable upon conviction by up to 15 years in prison.
According to the complaint filed against Streyle, the alleged offense occurred between July 14 and July 16, 2016.
Fourth-degree rape is classified as involving a victim between the ages of 13 and 16 who is at least three years younger than the perpetrator.
