WHITE LAKE-A Plankinton man suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle crash Sunday morning near White Lake.
Tracy Maine, 51, was traveling eastbound on I-90 near exit 296, at approximately 6 a.m. when the 2003 Harley-Davidson motorcycle he was driving left the roadway and rolled, according to Aurora County Sheriff David Fink. It is unclear what caused Maine to leave the roadway, Fink said.
Maine was transported by the White Lake Ambulance to Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell, and was later flown to Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls.
There were no passengers on the motorcycle.
