Phillip Thompson, 71, Chamberlain, died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2006, at Mid Dakota Medical Center, Chamberlain.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church, Chamberlain. Burial will be in Pukwana Cemetery, Pukwana. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m today with a 7 p.m. prayer service, all at Hickey-Wevik Funeral Chapel, Chamberlain.
