Authorities are investigating an accident overnight near Mitchell that reportedly resulted in some injuries and hospitalizations.
Sirens could be heard around midnight as emergency responders rushed to the scene. The accident apparently occurred on a gravel road east of the city and is being investigated by the Highway Patrol.
