CHAMBERLAIN - An Oacoma man was arrested after police found methamphetamine in his home while executing a search warrant.

Kelly Borszich was arrested for unauthorized ingestion of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, both Class 5 felonies, punishable by up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine for each count.

While executing the warrant on Jan. 30, Chamberlain police found a bag containing methamphetamine and a glass pipe behind a speaker in the living room, and a pen containing methamphetamine in a bedroom belonging to Borszich, according to court documents. A urine sample from 52-year-old Borszich tested positive for meth and THC.
