ABERDEEN -- The North team defeated the South team 73-66 at the South Dakota All-Star boys' basketball game here Wednesday night.
The South led 16-14 after the first quarter, but the North came back to take a 34-29 edge at the half. The North led 54-45 at the end of the third.
For the South, Yankton's Tate Pesicka led the way with 22 points. Corsica's Matt Schrank had four points, Avon's Danny Fathke had three and Armour's Chris Punt went scoreless.
For the North, Arlington's Mitch Boeck led with 14 points and Duran Eastman had 10 points.
