No injuries were reported after a two-vehicle accident Friday evening at the corner of Duff Street and West Second Avenue in Mitchell.

Sgt. Ryan Erickson of the Mitchell Police Department said Larry Kayser, 51, of Mount Vernon, was traveling south on Duff around 7:10 p.m. Isaiah Munsen, 17, of Mitchell, was traveling east on Second.

Munsen failed to yield at the corner and was cited, Erickson said. Munsen's 2002 Chevy Trailblazer turned onto its side from the impact of the accident. He was alone in his vehicle.

Kayser was driving a 2007 Saturn Outlook and had two passengers with him. Erickson said everyone involved was wearing seat belts, so there were no injuries.

Erickson estimated the Trailblazer as a total loss and damage to the Saturn at $2,500 to $3,000.
