TRIPP -- The names of two people injured in a motorcycle accident Saturday have been released.
Gaylord Olson, 55, of Yankton, and his passenger, Janice Woods, 58, also of Yankton, each suffered minor injuries in a crash that was reported at 1:53 p.m. Saturday.
They were traveling west on Charles Mix County Road 2, 1 mile west of 395th Avenue, on Olson's 2002 Kawasaki VN800B motorcycle. According to a South Dakota Highway Patrol report, he traveled too close to the shoulder of the road on a curve and lost control of the motorcycle.
Both the driver and passenger fell from the vehicle. Both were wearing helmets.
Neither speed nor alcohol is believed to be a factor.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating. Charles Mix County Sheriff's Office, Wagner Fire Department and Wagner Ambulance assisted.
