All Davison County mobile homes model years 1976 and older must be registered on or before Feb. 1.

At the time of registration, mobile homeowners will receive their 2015 decal that is to be displayed on the front of the mobile home. If you have sold your mobile home during 2014, please notify the equalization office.

All mobile home owners need a copy of the valid South Dakota mobile home title to properly register the mobile home if not previously provided. A copy of the lot lease or the leased site agreement signed by both land owner and mobile homeowner must be submitted at the time of registration, unless previously completed.

The leased site agreement is available in the equalization office. There is no registration fee.

After Feb. 1, penalties will apply. Registration is done in the office of the Director of Equalization in the lower level of the Davison County Courthouse. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call 995-8613 for more information.
