An arrest warrant has been issued for a Mitchell woman indicted for using a controlled substance.
Kelly Carpenter, 33, is accused of using methamphetamine on Sept. 11.
The charge carries a maximum penalty upon conviction of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
