A Mitchell woman pleaded not guilty Tuesday on a felony failure to appear charge.
Tina Whitmore, 35, entered her plea during court at the Davison County Public Safety Center.
Whitmore was supposed to have appeared for a probation violation earlier this year, but did not, said Rebecca Millan, Whitmore’s attorney.
Judge Tim Bjorkman scheduled the matter for a jury trial in February.
