A Mitchell woman has been indicted for possession and using drugs.
Michelle Coston, 30, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and unauthorized ingestion of a controlled substance, amphetamine, according to court documents. Each charge carries a maximum penalty, upon conviction, of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Coston is also charged with possession of 2 ounces or less of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.
