A Mitchell woman pleaded guilty Tuesday to forgery.
Hollie Grammling, 29, entered her plea during court at the Davison County Public Safety Center.
According to court documents, she took her ex-boyfriend’s paycheck from the Ruby Tuesday restaurant in July, forged his name on the back and had a friend cash the check at Reimnitz Properties in Mitchell.
Judge Tim Bjorkman ordered a presentence investigation and scheduled sentencing for December.
