A local man pleaded guilty recently to fourth-offense drunken driving.
Justin Fleury, 30, of Mitchell, entered his plea during court earlier this month at the Davison County Public Safety Center.
He drove after drinking on Aug. 17 in Davison County. His blood alcohol level was 0.209. The legal driving limit in South Dakota is 0.08.
The maximum penalty for a fourth-offense DUI is five years in prison, a $10,000 fine or both.
Judge Tim Bjorkman ordered a presentence investigation and scheduled sentencing for December.
