Mitchell residents have another way to view City Council meetings.
Midcontinent Communications began airing live meetings this month on the public, educational and government channel KRNL, or Channel 7 for Midcontinent cable subscribers in Mitchell.
Residents can also watch live council meetings on Mitchell Telecom, the city of Mitchell's Youtube channel and in-person at Council Chambers at City Hall. The city also archives video of past meetings on its Youtube page.
City Council meetings are held on the first and third Monday of every month.
