RAPID CITY (AP) -- A ticket sold in Rapid City is worth $10,000 in the latest Mega Millions drawing.

South Dakota lottery officials say the ticket matched four of five white ball numbers and the Mega Ball to win the game's third prize in last Friday's drawing. The odds of winning it are one in about 689,000.

Mega Millions is played in 42 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The jackpot sits at $114 million for the next drawing, on Tuesday.
