Mary Ann Roth, 63, South Sioux City, Neb., died Friday, Jan. 2, 2009, at a hospital in Sioux City, Iowa.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at Hope Lutheran Church, South Sioux City, with the Rev. Randall Knuth officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, South Sioux City.
Arrangements are under the direction of Becker-Hunt Funeral Home, South Sioux City.
She was born on Sept. 6, 1945, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Paul E. and Edna (Richardson) Tuel.
She attended school in Sioux City.

On July 3, 1966, she married Wyman G. Roth in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Sioux City.
She was employed at Diamond Horseshoe Café and later at Peaceful Place Day Care Center.
She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church and Ladies Aid. She was a Sunday school assistant and helped with Bible school.
She is survived by her husband, a son, Glenn Sr. and wife Brenda, South Sioux City; a daughter, Kimberly Roth, Sioux City; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
