LOWER BRULE - A Lower Brule man could face up to life in prison for allegedly forcing a female to engage in sexual acts.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, 43-year-old Darrell Touche "knowingly caused and attempted to cause a female victim to engage in a sexual act by the use of force" in October 2016.
Touche was indicted by a federal grand jury for aggravated sexual abuse on Feb. 14 and he pleaded not guilty this week.
