MITCHELL — Mitchell School District and John Paul II schools in Mitchell will be starting two hours late on Thursday, Jan. 19.

A snowstorm moved through the region overnight, and interim Superintendent Joe Childs made the decision early Thursday morning to delay the start of school.

Mitchell Technical Institute will begin regularly on time.
